Yes! We offer international shipping to a wide range of countries, including the Philippines, China,United States, and more. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and will be calculated automatically at checkout.
Please note that additional customs duties or import taxes may apply according to your country’s regulations. All overseas orders come with a tracking ID, allowing you to follow your shipment from our warehouse to your doorstep.
We offer free delivery within Singapore for orders over $80, while orders under $80 incur a flat delivery fee of $10.
When do you deliver?
Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and Public Holidays.
Once your order is received, our team will contact you to confirm the delivery date, and delivery is typically arranged for the next working day, subject to confirmation.
Self-Collection
Customers may also choose to collect their orders directly from our warehouse showroom.
Our self-collection hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm and Saturday from 9:00am to 1:00pm.

For deliveries within Singapore, our team will contact you directly. For overseas shipments, a tracking ID will be provided by the courier once the order is shipped.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Returns & Refunds
We understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations, and we want to make the return process as smooth as possible.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns of products that are unopened and unused, and requests must be made within 14 days of purchase. This ensures that all products remain safe and effective for our customers.

If you wish to return a new, unopened, and resalable product, you are eligible for a full refund, minus shipping fees and a 20% restocking fee. All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Please ensure the item is returned in a safe, trackable shipping method, as we must receive the product before issuing a refund. Refunds will be processed via credit card refund.
Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will also be deducted from the total refund.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept any items that have been opened, used, or have broken safety seals. Once a product is opened, it is considered used and cannot be returned.
While it’s rare for us to run out of stock, there may be occasions when an item is temporarily unavailable or delayed. In such cases, your order will be placed on “temporary back-order status”, and we will email you with the projected shipping date.
Once the item is back in stock, you will receive a notification that your order has shipped. If your order contains multiple items, and you would like the in-stock items to be shipped immediately, please contact our customer service team.
We will ship the available items right away, and the remaining back-ordered items will be sent separately at no additional shipping cost once they arrive at our warehouse.
