Cleanse and toner. Apply mask to the face. Pull up the bottom of the mask and align it evenly under your chin. Starting from the middle of your face, gently push out the air bubbles. Wait 15-20 minutes while the skin takes in the essence. Remove the mask. Gently massage until essence is fully absorbed
