An essential home remedy that helps relax muscles and activate meridians, suitable for massage, "gua sha" (scraping), and soothing muscle soreness after exercise. Dispels wind and relieves pain, reduces swelling and stops pain, aromatically transforms turbidity, opens orifices and refreshes the mind, stops itching. The roll-on version is more convenient to use.

For new or old injuries or musculoskeletal pain, body and backaches caused by falls, sports injuries, or work fatigue. Also for headaches, dizziness, nasal congestion, and joint pain caused by external wind-heat, stomachache, muscle fatigue, arm numbness, shoulder pain, stiff neck, relaxing muscles and activating meridians, refreshing the mind, and for motion sickness discomfort and itching from insect bites.

For external use only. Apply an appropriate amount and gently rub on the affected area, massaging lightly. 3-5 ml each time, 2-3 times daily. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes during use. Before using on children, consult a Chinese physician or doctor.
