Return & Refund Policy
Return Unused Products
Upon receiving the products, you may request to return them. The products must remain unopened in their original packaging. All return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the products, and will be subjected to a case-by-case review.
Please email your name, address, original invoice number, email address, phone number as well as your reason for returning to info@feifah.com and admin@feifah.com
Returning Used Products
We do not accept products that have had their packaging opened, used or have their safely seals broken.
Other Important Returns Information
Shipping & handling fee are not refundable and will be deducted from the total amount of refund.
All returns will be subjected to 20% re-stocking fee - this will be deducted from the total amount of refund.
Refunds will be made by credit card refund.
Please ship the return to us with a safe and trackable shipping method - we need to receive your return in order to issue a refund.
Back Orders
It is very rare for us to run out of stock. In the event of such situation or shipping delay, we will place your order on "temporary backorder status" and email you with the projected shipping date. Once we have your goods, we will email you with notifications that your order has shipped.
Custom Tax
Custom tax is rarely incurred when we fulfil international orders. If they are charged by the recipient's country border authority for any reason, the buyer shall be liable to pay it. Should the recipient decide not to pay the custom tax, the order is considered forfeit to the border authority. We will not be liable for any refund.
