Apply a small amount of the oil or balm to the affected area and gently massage it in. For a blocked nose, you can apply a tiny amount under your nostrils or inhale the scent from the bottle. Our products are generally safe for all skin types. However, if you have sensitive skin, we recommend performing a patch test. Apply a small amount to the inside of your elbow and wait 24 hours to see if any irritation occurs.
